Continuous Controls Monitoring in today’s dynamic risk environment
Tuesday, September 24, 2019

Today’s ever-changing risk environment exerts a significant amount of pressure on managers to maintain a level of control that is acceptable to their organization.

Due to time constraints, and despite being held responsible for control failures, Managers are finding it increasingly complex to provide the appropriate level of attention to their risk environment and provide consistent assurance over their controls, As a result, it is challenging to achieve and maintain a ‘baseline’ level of control that can be rationalized and improved upon.

Implementation of effective ‘Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM)’ programs provides managers with assurance that key requirements are being met and a proactive indication of gaps. In addition, through the implementation of a CCM program, benefits can be realized in team performance management and reduced compliance cost.

This session is hosted by EY.
